Return Policy

  • Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions
  • You MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on any item returned due to: change of mind or if it did not fit.
  • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately.
  • Full credit will only be given when a damaged or incorrect item is received.
  • Restocking fee will be waived if an exchange or store credit is desired.
  • Returned item must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, no signs of wear or damage)
  • At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. (original shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is paid by customer)
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after received.

         Be sure to get tracking information when returning a package. We will not be responsible for lost packages during transit.
